This meeting aims to help identify current mobility difficulties for European artists and cultural institutions in the field of stage arts and music, due to the incorporation of new measures by European bodies and EU member states. Another objective is to suggest formulas to promote co-operation between artists, operators and public and private institutions involved in music, dance, theatre and circus in the EU.

It shall also analyse the possibilities offered by the programmes and governments of European Union member states to encourage the co-production of shows between related institutions, and artists' residencies and exchanges, thereby optimising resources and enriching the network of European culture.
