Dissemination and communication in the Museums

The creation of a corporate identity for the national museums arises with the objective of constituting a museum quality seal. This identity, which is based on deep respect for the specific image of the museum, was created due to the need to position the national museums in a preferential position in the area of culture, in order to obtain a tool that contributes to reinforcing the presence of these museums in Spanish culture. This line of work by the Office of National Museums is part of a scope in which basic strategies are defined to improve the areas of promotion, communication and activity scheduling. The project has been drafted based on the recognition of the diversity of museums and with profound respect for the individual identity of each museum (Cerralbo Museum, Altamira Museum, Sorolla Museum......). These parameters for action have been used to create a framework that, on one hand, makes it possible to identify this fundamental museum reference and, on the other hand, generates global communication and promotion programmes.
