- It offers general information on the aims and responsibilities of the Ministry of Culture and of its different units and provides administrative information.
- It also provides information on the cultural activities organised by the Department and its autonomous agencies.
- It is the central unit for receiving initiatives, complaints and suggestions from citizens and users, relating to the improvement of Ministry services.
- It provides users with leaflets on the structure of the Ministry, its activities and cultural institutions; services letters, etc., which can also be downloaded from the Department's website.
The technological resources used to manage the information provided by the Centre seek to ensure a high-quality citizen support service, in person, by telephone, online and via email.
- It offers wi-fi access, providing users with free Internet access from their own laptops.
- There is a nationwide helpline, 902 55 55 00, with an interactive menu offering the information most frequently requested by users and this is available 24 hours a day.
- To make it easier and quicker for citizens to contact the Ministry, the Centre incorporates a system for managing all its communications and sending information to all those who request it.
